Our Services

Project Health Check

We deliver a structured review of your project at a stage where risk is highest and clarity matters most, before you sign contracts, break ground, or commit serious capital.

You send us your documents. We return a tailored, practical Health Check within 3 working days.

This isn’t generic advice. It’s a professional second set of eyes on your drawings, quote, programme, and delivery strategy — backed by over £200m of project experience.

What We Can Assess

  • Every project is different — and so is the information we receive.

  • We tailor each Health Check to the documents you provide and the decisions you’re facing. Depending on what’s available, we can assess key areas such as:

  • Design & Scope

    • Is the design coordinated and complete enough to build from? Are there likely risks or grey areas?

  • Cost & Contractor Quote

    • Is the pricing realistic, well-scoped, and aligned with the design? Are there hidden gaps or missing details?

  • Programme & Timeline

    • Do the durations, lead times and dependencies make sense for your type of project?

  • Procurement & Delivery

    • Is your strategy set up for success? Are you using the right form of contract or builder relationship?

  • Planning & Risk

    • Are there red flags related to planning conditions, buildability, or technical compliance?

  • We’ll work with what you send us — and tell you where the gaps are.

    • The goal is to give you a clear view of risk, readiness, and where to focus next.

What You Receive:

Each client receives a structured report tailored to the project and the information provided. Depending on what you submit, your Health Check may include:

  • A clear, jargon-free written report

  • A Project Health Score, plus individual scores per key discipline (e.g. design, cost, procurement)

  • A summary of what was assessed and what information was missing

  • Identification of priority risks with practical recommendations

  • A brief implementation plan outlining suggested next steps

  • A simple risk register highlighting critical issues and likelihood

  • A document register listing the materials reviewed

  • Follow-up call to explain the report and answer questions

Why This Matters:

Most smaller developers never get a joined-up review before construction begins. That's where costly surprises happen.

“69% of UK construction projects go over budget - usually due to gaps in scope or unclear planning.”
